Východiskom výstavy SAND – Implausible Works je vzťah medzi človekom a priestorom v kontexte pohybu a časovosti.
Vernisáž vo štvrtok 17. 8. 2017 o 18.00, výstava potrvá do ± 15. 9. 2017.
Interaktívna inštalácia vytvorená špeciálne pre výstavu v galérii Plusmínusnula reinterpretuje priestor ako stroj, ktorý aktivujú samotní návštevníci. Výstavná miestnosť je vyplnená mriežkou, ktorú ovládajú laserové lúče, jej štruktúra odráža rozmiestnenie senzorov. Na miestach, kde sa lúče pretínajú, sú rozmiestnené dávkovače piesku. Keď návštevník prejde takýmto priesečníkom, aktivuje dávkovač a piesok sa začne sypať. Keď sa pohne k ďalšiemu, proces sa opakuje. Po mesiaci trvania výstavy budú kôpky piesku rôznych veľkosti verným záznamom pohybu návštevníkov. Výstava skupiny Implausible Works je experimentom v oblasti vizualizácie dát uspôsobeným pre konkrétne miesto výstavy, pričom jej médiom je substancia vesmíru, samotný hviezdny prach.
O Implausible Works:
Ágnes SZEKERES (architektka) V roku 2015 ukončila štúdiá na Fakulte architektúry Technickej univerzity v Budapešti. V súčasnosti vytvára inštalácie a drobné objekty z dreva a kovu.
Loránd SZÉCSÉNYI-NAGY (intermediálna tvorba) V roku 2014 ukončil štúdiá na Fakulte intermédií Maďarskej univerzity výtvarných umení. Zaujíma sa o konštruovanie robotov a interaktívne inštalácie.

Implausible Works: SAND
The starting point of the exhibition SAND-Implausible Works is the relationship between man and space in the context of motion and temporality. The interactive installation designed especially for the show of the Plusmínusnula Gallery, reinterprets the space as a machine activated by the visitors themselves. The exhibition room is meshed with a construction controlled by laser beams. The grid structure is the reflection of the territory indicated by the laser sensors. Intersection points of the grid are linked to sand dispensing tanks. Visitors of the exhibition area cross the intersections of the laser beams, the tanks are activated and the sand starts to flow. As viewers continue to move to another intersection, the process is repeated. At the end of the one-month exhibition the sandpiles of different sizes will give a precise impression of the past visitors’ positions. The Implausible Works’ exhibition is a data-visualization experiment made into a site-specific installation where the medium is the substance of the universe, the stardust itself.
About Implausible Works:
Ágnes SZEKERES (architect) She graduated at the Technical University of Budapest, Faculty of Architecture in 2015. Nowadays, she designs installations and small objects made of wood and metal.
Loránd SZÉCSÉNYI-NAGY (intermedia artist) He graduated at the Intermedia Faculty of the Hungarian University of Fine Arts in 2014. He interested in building robots and interactive
installations.
